We devised an experience that could enhance dialogue and conviviality among guests in a prestigious setting, with an evening at the Cavallino restaurant in Maranello. A historic place, wanted by Enzo Ferrari in 1950 and managed today by chef Massimo Bottura, who expertly combines the Emilian tradition with a contemporary twist, to the values, history and identity of the territory. At the end of the event, each guest was honored with a precious package Villa Manodori, made up of selected organic local products and a copy of the book “Il Pane è Oro” written by Massimo Bottura.
